Research and Planning: Changed Pictures

This picture has been added as an extra picture on my double page spread. It was orginally the main one for my double page spread until I changed the picture resulting in me not using this one at all. However, I have now added this one but not as the main picture as it has been slightly covered up and it smaller on the page than the other picture.



This picture was a picture that I was originally using as one on my contents page. I had to double check this picture though as it does not seem suitable for an R&B magazine due to what my model is wearing and her style in general, therefore I haven't used this picture now at all on my magazine.




This picture was on of the very first test shot pictures that I took and I used it on my contents page, however it didn't seem to fit in well with my R&B theme and the location also didn't seem suitable enough. So now I haven't used this picture at all in my magazine.



As I had removed two of my pictures from my contents page, it then remained with one picture that seemed suitable. Therefore I needed another photo on it as one didn't seem enough and it needed more detail to it so I took another picture using the same model that I used in one of the pictures that I took away. This one seemed more appropriate for an R&B magazine.

In my music magazine contents page and on older front covers I mentioned as a feature that there is exlusive pictures from R&B artist Cheryl Cole's new video. This is the music video.

Research and Planning: Facebook and Twitter Logo

As well as the barcode, the only thing that I have taken off the internet to use on my music magazine is the Facebook and Twitter logo. I researched these on Google Images, saved them and then uploaded them onto my magazine. I did this as a lot of modern music magazines have these logos in their magazines to ask the audience to follow the magazine itself or any music artists involved. This gains more fans and it is a great way of advertising as social networking is very popular.

Research and Planning: Recent Work

Recently I have been making some more changes to my music magazine after getting some more feedback.
I haven't made too many changes to my front cover but I have made some bigger changes to my contents page and double page spread.
I have tried to make my music magazine different from others so that it doesn't look too similar and it has something different about it. Still keeping to my original theme with my colours and style I have made some changes as well as keeping some things the same or making only minor changes.
Even thought I am making some differences and I want to make my magazine differ from others a bit I am still making sure that it is still relevant and suitable to be a music magazine.

This is my music magazine which is pretty much completely finished. Some final changes could be made though.

Research and Planning: Plan For Upcoming Weeks

My plan for the upcoming weeks is to make small changes if I need to on my music magazine.
I have also started my evaluation which I will continue doing while I am making small changes to my magazine.
I will not be making any big changes to my magazine now as I feel I have completed it, if changes are needed they will only be minor changes.
